Padma Resident is Padma Hotels ' guest rewards programme. It is designed to reward and accord exclusive privileges to our loyal guests at any of our participating hotels.

There are three types of Padma Resident memberships - Preferred Padma Resident, Royal Padma Resident and Ambassador Padma Resident. There is no supplementary membership for either tier; every membership is valid for one member only.
All Padma Residents will be awarded Padma Points for every qualifying stay at any participating hotel. Padma Points may be used during staying period for payment of room nights, room upgrades and food and beverages, except payment to third party.
Guests who have stayed at participating Padma Hotels with one (1) qualifying stay are able to join the Preferred Padma Resident membership by sign up on the website or contact the guest relation officer at the resort.
Guests or Preferred Padma Residents who have accumulated 30 qualifying room nights or more at participating Padma Hotels over the last 36 months, will be invited to become Royal Padma Residents upon qualification.
Guests or Royal Padma Residents who have accumulated additional 60 qualifying room nights or more at participating Padma Hotels over the last 36 months, will be invited to become Royal Padma Residents upon qualification.
Do note that only individuals aged 21 years and above are eligible to participate in the Padma Resident programme.
No, there is no fee for either tier of membership.
Preferred Padma Resident valid for a lifetime.
Both Royal Padma Resident and Ambassador Padma Resident memberships have a validity period of 3 years from the date when the membership commence.
Preferred Padma Residents, Royal Padma Resident and Ambassador Padma Resident will need at least one qualifying stay within the next 36 months or the point will be expired and will be downgraded for Royal Padma Resident and Ambassador Padma Resident.
Once your membership has been successfully registered, a notification with a Preferred Padma Resident ID and a password will be sent to the email address you have provided. You can start earning Padma Points by quoting your Preferred Padma Resident ID when you make your reservation.

Simply send us an email to email@example.com and we will email you your Padma Resident login ID and a new password.
Points are calculated on the total amount of expenses excluding expenses paid to third party and excluding service charge and taxess - for up to 3 rooms per stay with:
Booking of more than 3 rooms will be considered as a group booking and Padma Points will not be awarded for the whole stay. Non-qualifying stay includes:
A ‘qualifying room night’ is defined as a room night at a participating hotel charged at an eligible room rate to earn Padma Points. A 'qualified stay' is one or more consecutive qualifying room nights at a participating hotel.
Simply log onto your account on Padma Resident Website to view your updated Padma Points and information. Your Padma Points are updated on a daily basis upon check-out.
Padma points are neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash.
Yes, your Padma Points will expire when there is no transaction within 36 months. You will need to redeem them before your membership lapses.
Member will be offered to use their points upon check-in/check-out by reception.
Padma Points may be used during staying period for payment of room nights, room upgrades and food and beverages, except payment to third party.
Once a redemption is confirmed, no cancellation or replacement of the rewards item(s) will be accepted.
