HOW TO REDEEM

• Redeem your point at the front office during your stay upon check-in.
• All transactions during your stay by using points redemption will automatically be charged on the registered room.

• The name in the reservation must be the same with the member's holder.

• Additional restrictions and blackout dates may apply.
• The redemption point is valid for all hotel transactions, except cigarette purchases, flower, and decoration arrangement.
• If until the end of the stay period there are remaining redemption points, or not used at all, then the redemption points will be forfeited, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
• If the transaction during the stay period exceeds the redemption point value, the underpayment will be billed to you during the check-out process.
